In 2015, in collaboration with MIP, we devised a new "design-driven funnel" method to develop new solutions for cable systems. This type of ‘Open Innovation’ resulted in the identification of four solutions with real potential. In fact, the open Innovation method has been successfully applied to our Oil & Gas and SURF businesses.
